In between the Small and Grand Finals of the Women’s Winter Championship the day before yesterday, an Award Ceremony was held for the top female players of the year, based on the statistical data maintained throughout the Regular Season.
The trophies were presented to the winners of each category by Kalia Papadopoulou, the coach of the men’s AEL basketball team and a former international player for the Limassol team. We extend our warm thanks to her for her presence.
Once again, we congratulate all the basketball players who were honored, as well as every single player (regardless of performance or playing time) who took part in the Women’s Championship. Each of them contributed to the great success of this particular event, which we all witnessed, especially this year.
