Fair play of the year in Dali – Respect Chris O’Quinn

Mainly, this column deals with humorous matters, jokes, and teasing. However, this doesn’t mean we should let more serious issues pass unnoticed.

So, the hero of the week for us is Chris O’Quinn. The Canadian forward for P&P, in the match against the Famagusta Ballers, firmly embraced the Fair Play of the year award.

With the game heading towards the end of the first overtime, with a 2-point difference and the intensity through the roof, on a contested ball, the referee of the match gave possession to P&P. Despite the critical nature [of the moment], Chris chivalrously admitted to the referee that he was the one who touched the ball last, resulting in the ball being given to the Famagusta Ballers.

This fact was actually conveyed to us by a player from the opposing team, which is indicative of the impression it made.

Bravo again to Chris 👏
